Great location, accommodating staff - nice hotel in every way. Pet-friendly and clean rooms with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a small fridge, etc. A huge variety of good food. Location close to the festival, Tomahawk for a funeral, and restaurants. Also, in the middle of jackson. A very comfortable way to end my trip.

It was just an optimal selection for a flying visit in Tomahawk with very good value for money. The indoor pool was clean and perfectly inviting after a long drive. Consider bringing your own toiletries since they don't provide many essentials.

Nicely updated rooms were a pleasant surprise, with friendly. We appreciated the good breakfast selection and well-kept pool facilities.

Noise from the hallway and parking lot disrupted our peace. There were issues with our check-in as the reservation wasn't received properly from Expedia.

The breakfast had many options, and the pool looked clean. The shower had horrible water pressure.

The hotel looks brand new and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our days visiting the nearby golf course and even hit the slopes at a ski resort not too far away. Breakfast was included, and everything was set perfectly for our late-night arrival. Highly recommend it!

I experienced a delay with check-in that was a bit frustrating, as it took longer than expected. Would've liked a smoother start to our stay.

The highlight of my stay was the big, beautiful pool that allowed me to swim laps 🏊‍♂️ The breakfast was surprisingly good, but the room could've used more cleanliness.

The indoor pool looked pristine and provided a nice area to relax after a long trek. Breakfast featured a wide selection including eggs, bacon, and fresh waffles-definitely a feather in this place's cap.

Had some issues with the heating-cooling system. It cranked out noise that was hard to ignore during the night. Though the beds weren't broken, they felt a bit worn out, and the linens could use an update. Cleanliness was lacking in the corners of the room.

After being bitten by bedbugs, a doctor's confirmation brought the matter to the hotel's attention, but follow-up was lacking. The room felt outdated and overpriced compared to other options, with poor cleanliness when I arrived-hair was found on surfaces, and the soap provided was used. Standard toiletries were missing.

It was just a decent option for a city holiday in Tomahawk with real value for money. The pool was clean and inviting, making for a nice way to unwind after a long day. Bring your own toiletries since there weren't many provided in the room.

We were pleased with the room that had a tub and the caring and helpful staff made all the services enjoyable, especially given the convenient location for the festival we attended.

Had an awesome time here. the location was super convenient, close to restaurants, and other facilities around. It was also a short distance to where we needed to be for a funeral.
